Mifan or Mafan: Oye Bar

Another Xingfucun newbie (well, sort of) is Oye Bar. Replacing the recently departed Charlie Chaplin Bar, the cocktail lounge keeps the same vibes and decor, with a menu switch-up and name change. The interior seems to have remained the same, with mismatched vintage chairs and framed art lining the walls. Drinks are fairly priced and quite pleasing; the Casis Oolong (RMB70) is a sweet and balanced iced tea subtly spiked with casis liqueur, while the Garland Goddess (RMB80) is a more striking elixir of baijiu, vodka, rose syrup, cream and popping candy. All in all, a charming spot for a nightcap.
